Kathy graduated from the Baptist School of Nursing in Little Rock as a Registered Nurse. Kathy has been in the Real Estate industry for over 8 years and in her time as a Realtor, she has worked on many different types of transactions with many types of buyers and sellers. She specializes in first time home buyers, military veteran home buyers/sellers, investment real estate and listings of all kinds. Kathy has a knack for putting together deals that others have been unable to navigate and saving deals when it looks like there is no hope. Her attention to detail and ability to keep a transaction moving to the closing table are amazing!

When Kathy isn't busy working hard for her clients, she loves spending time with her husband Josh (who is also a Realtor and a team member) and her son Austin. She loves spoiling her dogs Winston, Jasmine, Thor & Loki. Kathy loves volunteering her time with a local non-profit organization called Feed the Vets or donating her time to national non-profits like Wreaths Across America. When she finally gets a little down time, she loves spending the day at the lake or getting away to the beach with her family.
