Joshua was born into an entrepreneurial family with his father being a residential building contractor in new construction and remodel, and his mother in residential and commercial maintenance, so customer service and people skills are in his DNA. His love for real estate came from his many years working with his father in the construction business and eight years as a satellite technician installer. Having worked with countless homeowners builds, remodel or installation of satellite television services on their property, He realized that he couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start. Now taking his career to the next level as an investor and building his own portfolio, knowledge base and experience, he is able to provide his clients with the utmost service and skill.

Heath Besowshek
Heath is passionate about seeing Central Arkansas thrive through real estate investments and developments. He excels at finding unique distressed properties for buyers that can turn community “eyesores” into beautiful assets for the city and it’s inhabitants. With a degree in Finance from the University of Central Arkansas, Heath also enjoys financial analysis with any real estate deal. When Heath is away from work, you can catch him working out with a friend or watching football.

Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Amanda understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Arkansas, with its unmatched landscape, culture, and diversity. After working in Local Government for over ten years, she joined the Real Estate profession as her two children approached their adulthood and high school years.

Meadow Orrell

Carrie Beth Sherwood
CarrieBeth is passionate about forming relationships with her clients and connecting them with properties that fit them and their needs. She spent years as a middle school teacher while dreaming of pursuing a career in real estate. In 2021, she took the leap and hasn't looked back! She jumped in head first and is learning everything possible about real estate investing so that she can help her clients meet their goals and build their portfolios.
